the Key Book I: On the Threshold - Concept Art

Some of my concept art from Key Book 1. I collaborated with the art director Jacob Romeo Lecuyer in creating the overall visual style, cultures, characters and more. Designing for the fast medium of graphic novels was a challenge, and regretted some of the more detailed designs down the line... As I was the only inker, I had to suffer the consequences myself :) . Jokes aside, this was a wonderful opportunity and I learned a lot.
